NEAB Examination & Training

Are you interested in a career as a real estate agent in Namibia? The question that's asked most, is how do you start and where do you begin? We will provide you with some useful information to get started.

The first step is to prepare and pass the Namibia Estate Agents Board (NEAB) examination. The NEAB schedules three different exam dates during each year and you need to pass this exam before you can register as an estate agent.

We would suggest that you take the course as this prepares you for the examination and also provides you with some general knowledge of the real estate industry that will be useful during practice. See course providers and contact details below.

The study material that will be used during the course and for preparing for the exam can be purchased from the NEAB office. See prices below.

You must register for the exam at the NEAB office whereby they will provide you with the details and location where the exam will be written.

Please note, if you have already written and passed the exam in South Africa you will have to rewrite the exam in Namibia as the NEAB does not recognise the South African qualification.

Once you have passed the exam then you can register and apply for your Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
